Bionostics cGMP focused plant is equipped with modern manufacturing equipment featuring in-line printing, cartoning and vision inspection technologies to ensure efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process. We employ lean manufacturing concepts in conjunction with ISO/CAN 13485 certification to maintain our status as a high quality, low-cost manufacturer. Our manufacturing lines support the following:
- Ampoule filling: High speed with pre/post gas flush and flame sealing
- Bottle filling/cartoning: High speed with in-line labeler, tamper sleeve applicator and vision inspection
- Flexible filling: Accommodates 3 to 6mL containers (glass, plastic) with vision inspection
- Ampoule cartoning: High speed trayer/cartoner with integrated wash and leak detection
- Bottle cartoning: Bottle cartoner with in-line labeler, tamper seal applicator and vision inspection
- High speed labeling: High speed labeler for ampoules or bottles with inline label application and verification
