Bionostics was incorporated in Acton, Massachusetts in 1981 as a developer, manufacturer and distributor of turnkey quality products for OEMs in critical health care. Bionostics is a world leading provider of calibration and quality control for Critical Care / Point-of-Care and Diabetes Diagnostics test systems.
Bionostics acquired RNA Medical in 1986, which added a direct-to-hospital product line for quality control and calibration verification materials.
In 2001, Bionostics relocated to a 45,000 ft2, modern manufacturing facility located in Devens, Massachusetts specially designed to accommodate the business processes of Bionostics; to facilitate efficient and orderly operations; and to provide adequate space and infrastructure to facilitate future expansion.
